EXPECTATION FROM PARENTS

o Students must attend the school in proper, neat and clean uniform at right time. School bag must be arranged according to the time –table. o If the ward requires something relating to study, it must be availed in priority. Negligence will not be in the favour of the ward. o Do not detain the ward unnecessarily. o Send the information about the ward through the students’ diary everyday after observation. o Mobile phone is strictly prohibited in the school. Parents' co-operation is required. o In case there is any problem or complaint relating to the students, contact to the school .Any unnecessary discussion at home or in the society will not be good for school or student. o For contact in the school ,keep in mind the prescribed time of contact .If there is an ordinary problem, phone contact will be suitable. o Before meeting any student or teacher in the school premises, take the permission from the Principal. o In case the student needs leave ,the application written by the student, signed by the parents must be submitted in the school in advance. Leave will not be sanctioned without the signed application . On being absent without leave or on being late to school, the student will be fined. o Do not send valuable items(watch, chain, ring, bangle etc.) to the school with the student. In case anything is lost in the school ,the school must be informed. o If you change your present residence; inform the school about the new address. o Parents must see the note-books of the ward daily. If there is any mistake related to checking etc. Get it be corrected by complaining to the subject-teacher, class teacher or the principal. o At Least 90% attendance of the student is must. On account of attendance short, the student may be deprived of any exam(According to CBSE Norms). o The presence of the parents in different programs /festivals/PTM organized in the school is necessary. So, keeping the progress of the ward in mind, parents must attend the festivals/programs. o If a student is selected for any competition out of station, the expenses will be borne by the student and the NOC of the parents is must. o Late comers will not be considered. The Gate is closed after arrival time ie in Summer upto 7:55 a.m. & in Winter up to 8:55 a.m..

TRANSPORT

o Bus facility is provided for transport. Students may avail this facility by paying the prescribed fee. The stoppages are fixed. So, the students must reach their nearest stoppage five minutes earlier. o Cyclists have to take advance permission. Students are not allowed to bring motor bikes etc., without driving license. o Students or parents are themselves responsible for the accidents occurred on the way or at the stoppage..

Following documents are to be attached with the admission form- 1. Photo copy of the marks-sheet of the previous class. 2. Birth Certificate 3. Photo copies of the AADHAR of Parents & Student. 4. AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

ADMISSION TEST

Admission test will be held for admission in classes Nursery to VI & IX. For Class VI : Hindi, Maths, English and G.K. For Class IX : Maths , Science, English , Hindi and G.K. The syllabus of the entrance test will be based on the previous class. In class XI admission will be given on the basis of the grade in Board Exam and the marks obtained in entrance exam. The student will be selected for admission on the merit of the written test. The list of the selected students will be displayed on the notice board. Admission process will be completed only after the prescribed fee is deposited in due time..

PROCESS OF FEE

The prescribed fee of the student must be deposited up to 20th of each month in the school office .The timings are as below: Summer : 8.30 a.m. to 12:00 noon Winter : 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. o If the fee day is Saturday ,the fee will be deposited up to 12:00 noon only. o As an evidence of fee deposit ,school issues fee card /receipt which is must at the time of fee deposit and the depositor has to take receipt from the clerk at the counter. o After the prescribed dates i.e. 20th the fee can be deposited with the late payment of Rs. 50/- No relaxation is possible in it. o In case the fee is not deposited up to the last date of the month ,the name of the student will be struck off the attendance register. Re-admission can be given on the permission from the principal with prescribed fee. o You can also pay school fee by online mode. (through the school app).
